We have a fairly specific diet that we have around an 80% adherence rate with. We actually love to eat the healthy, clean foods that have become our habit over the last year and a half. One of the special foods that I make occasionally is an epic batch of pancakes. They are so hearty. They have so much protein and fiber. They can actually be eaten on the diet. Love!
Today Dave has the day off and he asked me to make a batch of pancakes, which I was only too happy to do. What he ended up eating….well, let’s just say….NOT on diet!
